Who We Are

AT Bible Study is a free Bible study tool provided by Apostolic Tabernacle of Wilmington, NC. This app is designed to help our church family and guests engage with Scripture.

What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used for sign-in and optional email reminders
• Display name — shown within the app
• Google profile info (if you sign in with Google) — name, email, and profile photo

When you use the app, we store:

• Reading progress, bookmarks, highlights, and notes
• Study group membership and messages
• Feedback you submit
• Push notification subscription data (if you opt in)

How We Use Your Data

• To provide Bible study features (bookmarks, notes, reading plans, groups)
• To send email reminders if you enable them
• To send push notifications if you subscribe
• To improve the app based on feedback

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data to anyone
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing
• We do not use analytics or tracking cookies
• We do not display advertising

Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth — if you choose to sign in with Google, Google's privacy policy applies to that sign-in process
• ESV API — if you view ESV translation text, requests are made to the ESV API (Crossway)

Data Storage

Your data is stored on our web server hosted by SiteGround. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sessions are secured with HTTP-only cookies.

Your Rights

You can:

• Export your data from your profile page
• Delete your account by contacting us
• Unsubscribe from email reminders at any time
• Revoke push notification permissions in your browser settings
